Chiara (Kee-Are-Ah) B. Townley is a spiritual guide and writer based in Portland Oregon who is originally from London.  Chiara realized she had a very strong intuition when she met her husband working in hospitality in London. Now, married to him with a new baby, she has launched an incredible start up to help professional women connect with their spiritual side. She says that it is very important to know that spirituality starts from personal journey of self discover and a whole lot of work. She had created 4 pillars of self development towards spirituality that she shares with us on this episode. Chiara writes action plans using several spiritual tools for her clients. Chiara has successfully treated postpartum depression and anxiety using uncovering blockages to her chakra system. Becoming a mother opens women to spirituality, and it is clear that her experience has demanded she take her spiritual practice and teaching, all the way.
